Omar grew up in Edmond and is a 2000 graduate of Heritage Hall. Omar graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2010.
Omar’s practice is focused on oil, gas and energy law, title opinions, title curative and litigation. He is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Omar is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fine Arts Institute of Edmond.
Omar is married to Morgan (Byram) Zantout. The Zantouts raise their daughter London in Edmond.
