Amanda Estala, Chief Operating Officer

“I love being able to help in organizations that have a large community impact.”

Amanda moved to Shawnee from small-town Holdenville, America, and has been involved in all the things since. In the past decade, her career has primarily been in the financial industry, specializing in operations, marketing, and community outreach. In early 2023, Amanda joined the firm as the first-ever Chief Operations Officer.

Not only does she oversee the daily legal operations, but she also manages the operations of her three wonderful kids—Drake, Jaxon, and Aryana—who keep her busy running here and there, but she wouldn’t have it any other way!

Amanda enjoys finding collaborative ways to connect local nonprofits and businesses to provide the greatest impact on our community. She is active on many committees and boards throughout Shawnee, including The Salvation Army, Cops 'n Kids, Shawnee Forward's Ambassadors, and POGO. Her most recent accomplishment was being named one of The Journal Record’s 2023 Women of the Year: 50 Making a Difference and a 2023 Achievers Under 40 recipient.
