Amanda Estala, Chief Operating Officer
"I believe in breaking barriers, building leaders, and creating space for our team to thrive in every room they enter."
Amanda moved to Shawnee from small-town Holdenville, America, and has been involved in all the things since. In the past decade, her career has primarily been in the financial industry, specializing in operations, marketing, and community outreach. In early 2023, Amanda joined the firm as the first-ever Chief Operations Officer.
Not only does she oversee the daily legal operations, but she also manages the operations of her three wonderful kids—Drake, Jaxon, and Aryana—who keep her busy running here and there, but she wouldn’t have it any other way!
Amanda is passionate about building connections and serving her community in a variety of ways across Pottawatomie County. She actively serves on boards and committees that support youth, business, and nonprofit initiatives. Her leadership has been recognized through multiple honors, including being named one of The Journal Record’s Women of the Year: 50 Making a Difference, an Achievers Under 40 honoree, and most recently, as a 2025 Most Admired CEO and a two-time recipient of the Empowering Women award. Amanda continues to focus on leadership that strengthens both her organization and her community.
