Ms. Rebecca Bauer joined Stuart & Clover in 2020. She earned her law degree from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California and her under graduate degree at the University of Texas. Ms. Bauer moved to Oklahoma after law school and was admitted to the Oklahoma State Bar in 2010. Once settled in Shawnee, she opened her home to foster children. Between short term and long-term placements Rebecca has had over 25 children placed in her home. Foster care is her passion.
Before joining Stuart & Clover, Ms. Bauer was a prosecutor for over eight years working in three different counties. She has prosecuted all types of cases-child support enforcement, juvenile deprived, juvenile delinquent, misdemeanors, and felonies.
Ms. Bauer served as a CASA in Oklahoma County and is currently a member of the Youth & Family Resource Center board in Shawnee. She was previously a board member at Project Safe.
The primary focus of Ms. Bauer’s practice is family law, child custody, adoptions, guardianships, and foster parent advocacy.
