Jim is a lifelong Shawnee, OK resident, residing in the Stuart family home built by his grandparents in1928. He graduated from Shawnee Public Schools in 1971, where he then ventured to law school.  Jim practiced law in the Shawnee area for many years, and then he and Mike Clover decided to continue as partners in Shawnee’s oldest law firm. Jim has decades of experience, and still serves "Of Counsel" for the firm.
