Rachel Polk, Associate

Law is such an omnipresent part of our world, such that each lawyer can make a positive difference in the individual lives of people they work with."

Rachel joined Stuart and Clover as an Attorney in 2024. After graduating with an honors degree from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!), Rachel decided to pursue law in hopes of finding a career in which she could help others. While in law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Rachel earned an American Jurisprudence award in Workers’ Compensation, as well as a certificate in Peacemaking. She was selected as the team leader on the OU student advisory council for the Committee on Ending Racial Discrimination, working specifically on researching Indigenous Populations around the world.

Now, Rachel practices primarily civil law, and has enjoyed learning the complexities of civil litigation, as well as estate planning and real estate transactions. Rachel has continued to look for ways to stay involved within the legal community. She was selected to participate in the Oklahoma Bar Association’s 8th Leadership Academy and is a 2025 Recipient of the NextGen Under 30 in Law Award.
