Randy grew up in a small farming community in Western Oklahoma, spending summers working on his family’s wheat farm. Those experiences taught him the value of hard work, caring for others, and doing what’s right. A 2008 graduate of Seiling High School, Randy attended Oklahoma State University, where he earned a B.S. in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources–Agribusiness in 2012. At OSU, he was deeply involved in campus life, serving as Interfraternity Council President, being named a Top Ten Freshman Man, 2011 Homecoming King, and a 2012 Senior of Significance.

Randy went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015. During law school, he served on the American Indian Law Review, was a member of the Order of Solicitors, and made the Dean’s List. It was also where he met his wife, Breanne.

After graduation, the couple settled in Shawnee, where Randy joined Breanne at Stuart & Clover as a Partner in 2021. They have two energetic boys, Everett and Griffin. Randy serves on several community boards and enjoys Oklahoma State football, trying new foods, and perfecting barbecue on his Masterbuilt Electric Smoker.
